I had the double room which was tidy and new-fashioned with all the necessities. Location: the hotel was really close to shopping and the bistro for a coffee and the wonderful coffee shop up the road. The staff was professional, providing an excellent service.

It has both accommodating and affable staff.

The staff were generally lovely! Just the right vibe for a weekend away, if only it didn't feel like the '70s up in that bathroom.

I was half-expecting a disco ball in the shower! If you're into vintage vibes, you might just love it, but I prefer my rooms a tad less retro.

The pool was out of service and the room was cramped for four people.

While the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable, the hotel really needs to address cleanliness and maintenance issues. The missing breakfast options and malfunctioning amenities were disappointing. It could be enjoyable with some key improvements.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and local attractions, including Potter Park Zoo, which my kids loved! We stayed with my parent and appreciated the comfortable room with plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring.

My children wanted a better pool experience. The pool was rather small and not great for families wanting to splash around together.

Good place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly service. I still remember when the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. Definitely coming back for another year!

Our room was lovely and the location was perfect, with the Eastwood Towne Center just about 500 meters away for shopping and beautiful park views nearby, made our strolls so enjoyable.

The hotel was close to tons of restaurants and attractions like Oldsmobile Park and Potter Park Zoo. It was clean, the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was a good way to start our day, despite it being a bit slow due to busyness.
